Committee of Management

The parents of children in our care provide the centre’s management.  Parents are elected at our Annual General Meeting held in October and become the Board of Directors with many legal responsibilities.  Term of office is two years, with the option of standing for re-election.

Our Committee works in consultation with management and staff to develop policies and procedures, manage finances and ensure the smooth running of the centre.  The Committee employs staff and a Director and Assistant Director who is responsible for our day-to-day operation.

Committee meetings are held on the third Monday of every month and minutes are available.  Any co-operative member can submit agenda items for the Committee to consider.
